The role includes testing, deployment, documentation, and adherence to internal standards. Success in this role means delivering reliable, scalable solutions that streamline business processes, support operational transformation, and meet the needs of stakeholders across the organization.
- 5–7 years of professional experience developing production-quality Python scripts and applications. - Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions for business processes and workflow improvement. - Strong data skills, including data manipulation and processing with relevant Python libraries. - Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear technical solutions. - Solid understanding of software development best practices and practical experience using Git or a comparable version-control system. - Experience participating in solution testing, deployment, integration with existing systems, and technical documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or a similar workflow automation platform. - Familiarity with investment banking processes and regulatory requirements.
